HOW CAN YOU PAY FOR YOUR ORDER?

1. By depositing at our bank accounts:

When depositing, don’t forget to mention your name and surname at the deposit as well as send us the payment proof by e- mail at info@happyrooms. That way, we are automatically informed of the payment and we happily start to prepare your order.

2. By Credit Card

Place your order directly through our site and pay with your credit or debit card.

3. By Pay On Delivery:

Valid for shipments that are transported with ELTA Courier service. Pay on Delivery cost if 6€/ in all destinations inside Greece. Pay On Delivery is not valid for big parcels that get shipped with a transport company. In that case, you can pay through bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Clarification for payments:

For orders over 50 € we receive a deposit of 50% of the total amount at the beginning of the order and payment is made upon completion of the order, before sending the final product to the customer.

HOW CAN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt, as long as the packaging has not been opened, tampered with or damaged in any way. Prior to returning the product, you must contact our company by phone at 2313 018341, in order to inform us. Returns do not apply to handmade, painted items bearing a name or to products designed to order and at the customer's request. Return costs are paid by the customer. The customer must take care of the safe return of the products by choosing the right packaging and the right carrier. As long as the returned products are received in excellent condition as provided, the refund will be made within 30 days.
